Job Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with ingredient preparation, cutting, and basic food packaging

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area to ensure food safety

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize waste

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

• Comply with food safety regulations and company procedures

• Perform all opening, shift change, and closing duties

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen experience or basic cooking skills preferred

• Strong awareness of food safety and hygiene

• Quick hands and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible and able to follow instructions with strong teamwork skills

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
