Job Responsibilities:

Operate coffee machines skillfully and prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages
Maintain a clean and hygienic coffee bar area
Introduce products to customers and provide professional recommendations
Manage inventory and ensure sufficient coffee supplies
Maintain a warm and friendly service attitude to create a welcoming coffee experience
Perform all opening, shift change, and closing duties

Requirements:

Prior experience in coffee making is preferred, but training is available for beginners
Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
Strong communication skills to build good relationships with the team and customers
A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
